Mark Gepperth had been fulfilling his passion of helping families in the greater Cleveland area, through thousands of successful real estate transactions, since 1996 when he decided in 2017 that creating a team approach would not only help more families but would help other real estate agents to experience the same level of passion and gratitude he regularly enjoys as a successful Realtor®. And the Mark Gepperth Team was created.
Framework to Exceed Customer & Realtor® Expectations
In just May of 2017 Mark started putting a system and framework in place in order to deliver a customer experience that far exceeds the industry standard in real estate. The customers of the Mark Gepperth Team include not only buyers and sellers but each real estate agent on the team, the vendors, partners and community. The framework provides a uniquely satisfying experience for each customer as a result of three basic areas:
1. Team manager to implement marketing, paperwork & other important tasks.
The team approach allows for a consistent flow of new buyers and sellers in order to employ an amazing and experienced administrative professional that coordinates the hundreds of tasks any successful real estate agent must fulfill that fall outside the realm of focusing on the families they are so passionate about helping. By having an office manager for the whole team, the real estate agents can do what they do best and not get caught up in the critical administrative aspects of marketing themselves and completing extremely important paperwork. Instead they can be responsive to the families they are working with to find homes, show homes, submit offers, review incoming offers and all the exciting steps that take those families closer to accomplishing their real estate dreams.
2. Ongoing One-on-One mentoring for all real estate agents.
The Mark Gepperth Team is not transaction based. Although transactions are the result of happy clients, the passion that fuels Mark Gepperth and the real estate agents on the Mark Gepperth Team comes from helping families. Mark is truly motivated by spreading happiness and joy and chose a profession where he can help people during a time that can be one of the most memorable transitions in their lives. That motivation has resulted in an amazing career for Mark and a system he teaches to the agents on the team. Whether a Mark Gepperth Team member is new to the real estate industry or has had their license for a decade, his approach to working with members individually to help them identify and accomplish their goals is as genuine and unique as Mark is himself.
3. Synergy with the team, vendors and other partners.
Anyone who works with the Mark Gepperth Team – from title agencies to photographers and the website manager is considered part of the team and works together to create a much more effective entity. The team members have synergies with one another as well as the vendors and partners that help on every deal. Together the team helps each individual to accomplish more. The relationships with the team, including partners and vendors, are continuously reinforced with social outings, team building events and the annual Thanksgiving Pie party where customers, networking partners and the community surrounding the Mark Gepperth Team is invited to receive their own pie in recognition and gratitude for being part of what makes the Mark Gepperth Team a success.
